At Kirby Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home equipment and hardware purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your Kirby Systems account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware kits, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
